From Malique on the sales team being highly knowledgeable and straightforward, getting things done fast and right the first time. To the field techs sent out to diagnose and fix the issues covered under warranty. Both Felix and Brock field techs were very thorough in inspecting and updating me consistently during service calls. Over-all very professionally run branch and would highly recommend. Looking forward to doing more business with you guys.

I used Bobcat Brampton for their rental services. I dealt with Chris in the rental department office and he was fantastic. The staff in the yard was extremely helpful and friendly. If your interested in purchasing a machine, ask for Ryan Durkin. After putting the deposit for my machine in November to secure fall promotional pricing, my business was secured. Delivery was set for March. During the course of the winter, Ryan answered all my questions with priority and kept working for me until the day my machine was delivered. Usually once a salesman secures the sale, they stop putting forth that extra effort. Not Ryan. Highly recommend.
