I used Bobcat Brampton for their rental services. I dealt with Chris in the rental department office and he was fantastic. The staff in the yard was extremely helpful and friendly. I cannot emphasize how impressed I was at the level of professionalism and courtesy all the the staff demonstrated. The customer service here is absolutely exceptional. Based on my two rental experiences, I would absolutely purchase a piece of equipment here in the future based off how well I was treated and valued. If your interested in purchasing a machine, ask for Ryan Durkin. After putting the deposit for my machine in November to secure fall promotional pricing, my business was secured. Delivery was set for March. During the course of the winter, Ryan answered all my questions with priority and kept working for me until the day my machine was delivered. Usually once a salesman secures the sale, they stop putting forth that extra effort. Not Ryan. Highly recommend.
